What is ReDevelop?

 

An "imaginary word" made up as a combination of two English words

Re + Develop = thoughtful, re - development

  • „Az a baj, hogy …” helyett: „Megoldjuk az Ön csapatával a ‘lehetetlent’.”​
  • „Az a baj, hogy …” helyett: „Úgy lehet megoldani, hogy…”
  • It is very difficult to articulate the word itself. It is much easier to explain the feeling that it represents:
  • If something has worked well once, but with the passage of time or a change in circumstances, it has deviated from this “stable” path and cannot return to it despite the constant “searching for a way”…
  • Production has grown so fast that the initial strategy is no longer suitable to support / coordinate it properly…
  • The processes are good, but the staff could not grow up to the challenges so fast yet…
  • A “ReDevelopment” is needed at the company / undertaking to reach the next level of development
